Da Capo amplifiers Limited Lifetime Warranty
Da Capo warrants products to be free from defect in materials and workmanship under normal use for a period of two (2) years from the date of original purchase when purchased from an authorized dealer. Should service be necessary under this warranty for any reason due to manufacturing defect or malfunction during the warranty period, Da Capo will replace or repair (at its discretion) the defective merchandise with equivalent merchandise at no charge.
There is a 90 day warranty on the vacuum tubes provided in Da Capo products. Any defects or malfunction of Da Capo amplifiers related to the vacuum tubes after that period will not be covered. For amplifiers with early tube failure, please contact Da Capo via the contact page on this website.
Who is Covered
The warranty applies only to Da Capo products sold to consumers either direct or by authorized Da Capo dealers. This warranty only applies to the original purchaser.
In order to receive warranty service, the original purchaser must provide Da Capo with a copy of the receipt stating the customer name, dealer name, product purchased and date of purchase. Products found to be defective during the warranty period will be repaired or replaced (with a product deemed to be equivalent) at Da Capo’s discretion.

How to Obtain Service Under Warranty
Contact Da Capo via the contact form on this website. Arrangements can be made to send your amplifier back to the factory for repair at the discretion of Da Capo. Da Capo prefers not to have third parties do repairs on Da Capo products. Any unauthorized third party repair will void the original warranty, however the original warranty can be restored after a factory repair or inspection.
